This 100% bar is made with cacao beans grown by Kablon Farms in Tupi on the southern tip of the Philippine archipelago. The name originates from the word “Tufi”, which was a vine chewed by the indigenous Blaan tribes who lived in the ancient jungles in the region. Dark as a cacao forest at nightfall, and bursting both with intensity and nuanced aromas.
