Owen Camille
Owen Camille Chocolate is a small, family-run chocolate brand founded by Brady and Andrea Brelinski, and named after their children, Charlotte Camille and Wesley Owen.
They have been part of the chocolate community since 2007 as original founding members of the Manhattan Chocolate Society, where years of tasting and study shaped their approach to cacao and flavor. In 2018, they began making chocolate together as a family, applying that experience with patience and intention.
Brady is also the author of FlavorsofCacao.com, having reviewed thousands of chocolate bars from makers around the world before ever making his own. That depth of perspective guides every batch.
Owen Camille Chocolate remains intentionally small—inspecting every bean, producing in limited quantities, and releasing only chocolate they are proud of. Their chocolate became publicly available for the first time in 2025 at The Cocoa Store in New York City.
