Shipping Terms and Conditions

At Cocoa Store, we work hard to ensure your chocolate arrives in excellent condition. We provide shipping choices to get your chocolate to the destination in excellent shape all year round.

Shipping Methods

For orders under $60.00, shipping rate is determined through USPS or UPS and is based on the weight of the package and the shipping method chosen. We provide free shipping for orders over $60.00.  

Temperature Conditions

To ensure the chocolate does not melt upon delivery during the summer months or areas above 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we provide lined shipping containers and ice packs. We suggest 2-day shipping in order to receive the chocolate in the best condition. We are not responsible for packages damaged due to negligence of the package.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates are estimates and we try our best to ship your chocolate on the next business day. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you have any questions about delivery dates please contact us.
