Óscar Rodolfo is a chocolatier based in Chiapas, Mexico. His confections uniquely use single-origin, bean-to-bar Mexican cacao, without any additives or artificial dyes and flavors. His bonbons have received Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals at the International Institute of Cacao and Chocolate Tasting Awards.
