This captures the perfect mocha latte in chocolate bar form. We do this with some exceptional coffee, roasted locally here in Greensboro NC from Vignette Coffee Roasters. That’s ground down with a blend of fudgey forward cacao and organic A2A2 whole milk powder. The result is a flavorful chocolate bar with strong mocha notes and that comforting coffee, chocolate and cream synergy you find in a great mocha latte. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
