Vestri Santo Domingo Premier Cru 92% Dark Chocolate
Strong olfactory intensity chocolate bar of typical Dominican pure cacao. Fine and intoxicating smell, due to the high percentage of cocoa. Slight freshness accompanied by tannin astringency. The taste and smell aspect is accompanied at the end by strong cocoa notes with hints of tropical fruit and light citric fruit of long duration in the mouth. Excellent with rum, cognac, grappas and distilled above 40 degrees.
