They blend cacao from Zorzal in the Dominican Republic with freshly-pressed cider from Massachusetts-based Honey Pot Hill, rare Macoun apples from Goodnow Farms own orchard, and Burlap & Barrel's Cinnamon Verum from Zanzibar.
