At Milz Chocolat, mother and daughter Yvonne and Yifat Milz, craft delicious chocolates with great care in their small factory, using the best cacao from their own farm. Milz is not just bean-to-bar, but tree-to-bar! Each bar is made from just their own Dominican beans, but varies greatly in flavor depending on the proportion of sugar and cacao. Their range has something for all chocolate lovers!
Milz 100% is the cure to dry, brittle and dusty 100% bars you've unfortunately had in the past. This bar is thick and creamy and its smoothness is a great host for its complete lack of sweetness. It has notes of soursop, dates, and coffee.
