chocolate amargo produced exclusively with cacao from the estate “Hacienda Vista Alegre”, of which there is a clear reference of typical aromas. Glossy chocolate, clean, intense black colour, very pleasant on the palate. The variety mélange of plants with a high percentage of criollo, trinitarian and autochthonous make it unique in its aromatic strength leaving an emotional taste-olfactory “memory” that communicates its nature as an excellent ally in the search of pleasure. Slight sweet notes, but completely dominated by astringency tannic, gustatory physicality similar to cocoa powder accompanied by roasting and red fruits, with notes of licorice, rhubarb and arabica coffee.
