Made in Chicago by Sleep Walk Chocolateria, from the minds of Dark Matter Coffee. This chocolate bar is a blend of cacaos from Southern Mexico that complement each other well to create an approachable, classic dark chocolate flavor profile that comes to mind for a majority of people. Barra de la casa, or house blend, is lower in acidity with a nutty, fudgy profile.
