Immensely flavorful with a sharp pomegranate, tropical fruit start giving way to almond, malt, mocha and cocoa flavors; this cacao checks all of the boxes for what many expect in an award winning dark chocolate. This chocolate was recently recognized by the International Chocolate Awards with a silver award in the 2024 North American competition in the craft dark chocolate category.
