We discovered we lived down the road from a small lavender farm and decided we had to find a way to use their culinary lavender in our chocolate. Our Tien Giang, Vietnam cacao synergizes with the dried lavender we grind to this chocolate. Its a dynamic flavor roller coaster, we love it and we hope you do too! Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.
