Soma - Macadamia Nuts tumbled in Ginger Milk Chocolate

These beauties start off as a single buttery, slow roasted, Macadamia nut. For the next few days thin layers of burnt sugar are built up until each nut is surrounded by a sparkly crunchy shell of caramel.
