75% Dark Chocolate Bar from Alto Piura, Peru. Piura cacao is a criollo type of white beans coming directly from the Alto Piura Valley in Peru. Harvested at high altitude on the mountainside, this cacao produces a very light chocolate with slightly tangy and fruity flavors.
