This Hot Chocolate is rich, subtly sweet, and deeply chocolatey. made from the 70% Camino Verde Cacao in Duran, Ecuador. Vicente Norero, the owner and general manager, is one of the most innovative cocoa producers. He buys freshly harvested, unfermented beans from over 100 farms and associations around Ecuador and aims to achieve optimal fermentation and drying, imbuing the beans with nutty notes.
