This bar is made with some of the rarest cocao beans one can find, with an unexpectedly light color, which is preserved even after the roasting process. For this reason, it is traditionally called cacao a casse claire.

It is said that the plantation's cocoa trees arrived from Mexico almost 500 years ago aboard Spanish ships. From the second this chocolate hits the palette, the milk chocolate slowly advances towards sweet and floral aromas, thanks to a clever magic trick that transports you between two continents.
