Soma Twinkle Bar - Chocolate Caramel with Newfoundland Sea Salt
Caramel is sugar that’s allowed to change, run a little wild. Bless the sweet science that allows this to occur. Soma's caramel chocolate (they named it Caramel AF) melts like butter in your mouth, the taste of slowly caramelized sugars and cooked milk beautifully intermingled.
The Caramel AF is finished with a twinkle of crunchy sea salt from the Newfoundland Salt Company. Peter and Robin make their delicious flaky crystals from the waters of Trinity Bay in Bonavista, Newfoundland. Sweet and salty soul mates united in a very Canadian bar.
