Produced exclusively with cacao from the estate “Hacienda Vista Alegre”, its quality is perceived during the tasting; powerful and elegant at the same time, the entry into the mouth is characterized by a pleasant acidity, accompanied by notes of red fruits and pomegranate, blood orange and sour cherries. All attenuated by a strong note of polyphenolic astringency, which follows the development of aromas of coffee, sweet tobacco and slight hints of roasting. The final sensation is of a tropical fruit salad.
