This bar is produced exclusively with cacao from the estate “Hacienda Vista Alegre." It is a chocolate with a clean, intense black color and is very pleasant on the palate. The variety mélange of plants with a high percentage of criollo, trinitarian, and autochthonous make it unique in its aromatic strength, leaving an emotional taste-olfactory “memory.” It has slightly sweet notes but is completely dominated by astringency, tannic, and gustatory physicality similar to cocoa powder accompanied by roasting and red fruits, with notes of licorice, rhubarb, and arabica coffee.
