California-grown caramelized almonds are slow roasted to golden perfection, then tossed in bubbling sugar which creates a bittersweet edge of burnt caramel. Once cooled, each almond is coated in layers of rich, velvety dark chocolate and finished with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
