Kasama - Lait De Chevre White Chocolate - Peru

This limited release white chocolate is crafted with Peruvian cacao butter and creamy goat’s milk sourced from Happy Days Dairy in the lush, mountainous Shuswap region of BC in western Canada. Smooth and velvety, it is a savoury chocolate, distinctly less sweet than a regular white chocolate with tangy undertones and hints of mountain herbs and wildflowers.
