This recipe comes from Kad Kokoa's collaboration with Chef Marc Razurel: when learning about their chocolate and its process, they explained to Chef Marc Razurel that their beans from Prachuap Khiri Khan were growing among coconut trees, which inspired him to create this chocolate with these 2 ingredients: Cacao and Coconuts from Prachuap Khiri Khan.
