Khoa is an Indian dairy product made by simmering milk slowly in an iron pan until thickened. Rich, sweet, and nutty, it forms a flavorful base for many desserts. Kad Kokoa drew inspiration from traditional Khoa and adapted the recipe by cooking off milk powder, giving it a caramelized and toasty flavor that pairs perfectly with their chocolate.
