One of the symbols of Turin’s artisanal chocolate. The cremino can be recognized by its characteristic square shape. It is composed of three layers of Chocolate: two outer layers based on Gianduja Chocolate and one inner layer with a different filling.
Flavors
Classic Cremino: Two layers of Gianduja chocolate and a central Hazelnut cream filling. The palate releases sweet and delicate notes typical of Gianduja Chocolate, enhanced by the refinement of Hazelnut cream. The texture is typically soft and velvety; the lingering finish enhances the typical sweetness of Piedmont Hazelnut.
Dark Chocolate Cremino: Two layers of Gianduja chocolate and a central cocoa cream filling. The sweet notes of Gianduja Chocolate, with Piedmont Hazelnuts, Milk from the Alpine supply chain and Italian Sugar, are complemented by the lingering notes of cocoa.
Caramel Cremino: Two layers of Gianduja chocolate and a central salted caramel filling. All the intense aroma of caramel, enhanced by a pinch of salt and the sweet, typical notes of Gianduja Chocolate. An extremely pleasant cremino, sweet and with character.
Sea Salt and Olive Oil Cremino: The most famous among Guido Gobino's cremini: a single layer of soft Gianduja chocolate with Ligurian Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Whole Sea Salt from Cervia salt marsh and the crunchy grain of Piedmont's Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut. A surprising and harmonious combination for a pleasant play of textures.
Almond Cremino: Two layers of Gianduja chocolate filled with an almond cream.
