Eigen - Amparo Lebaza 70% Cacao Microlot - Huila Colombia

The unique cacao used in this chocolate bar is grown on a single farm by farmer Amparo Lebaza in San José de Isnos in the Huila district of Colombia. We were only able to secure a single bag of this unique cacao and will only be offering it in full size bars. This chocolate shares the fudgy backbone you’ll notice from our Gigante Huila bar, but the rest of the character is unique to this microlot. That fudgy beginning gives way to a hickory-like savory quality and finishes with a floral delicacy that is sure to delight lover’s of unique and earthy chocolate. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.

This chocolate has been recognized by the International Chocolate Awards with a bronze award in the 2025 North American competition in the craft dark chocolate category.

Ethically traded cacao nibs, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter.

Allergens:

This chocolate is gluten, nut and soy free but all of Eigen products are produced in a facility that handles dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy.

Storage:
Keep in a dry and cool place, max 64°F (18°C). Taste at room temperature.
