Cherries and Almonds are one of the loveliest pairings in the land of desserts. This bar is jammy and tangy, the deep ruby colour all natural from Montmorency cherries.
Nestled onto each bar is a single perfect Amaretti cookie baked crispy with a little chew. The beautiful sweet, aromatic nutty flavour is from finely ground almonds.
Fun fact: Almonds are fruit! Botanically they are most like...you guessed it cherries! They belong to the stone fruit family of cherries, plums, and peaches, no wonder they taste so good together.
