Pepper, Ginger and Cacao - 3 ancient foods connecting people and cultures via spice routes and trade. The intermingling of flavors is beautifully intense, the surface of the bar like a baby bear. Cute and strong sparked with a spirit of exploration.

Pepper: Kampot Peppers are grown in Southern Cambodia on small family-owned farms. Peppercorns are harvested by hand when green, then fermented to bring out a gorgeous pop of floral citrusy flavors.

Ginger: the quintessential warming spice, fresh Fijian ginger root cooked and candied. Floral, juicy and peppery.

Cacao: at the heart of chocolate making done 2 ways: roasted cacao nibs from Ucayali River in the Peruvian Amazon and Dream Machine, Soma's fudgey, fruity dark chocolate blend made with cacao from all over the world.


Cocoa Nibs, organic cane sugar, ginger, cocoa butter, pepper, salt. 


May contain traces of nuts, tree nuts dairy and peanuts.


The product should be stored in a cool, dry, odorless, and temperature between 14 and 20 C.
