Marou Đồng Nai, Vietnam 72% Single Origin Dark Chocolate
Marou's fermentation station near Cat Tien National Park in the Upper Đồng Nai region produces, from locally grown pods, the cacao beans used to make this finely balanced dark chocolate with hints of spice. Marou crafts all their chocolate in Saigon using purely Vietnamese ingredients of the higher quality.
Cocoa and cocoa butter (72% cocoa solids), cane sugar (28%). Soy, gluten, nuts, and dairy free.
Manufactured in a facility that also processes coconut.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, odorless, and at a temperature between 14 and 20 C.
