Fruition - Dominican Nacional Dark 74%

This cacao, originally native to Ecuador, was brought to the Dominican Republic in the 1970s and planted in clonal gardens. Fruition was honored to be some of the first chocolate makers in the United States to access this rare, and specially cultivated small lot of Nacional beans.
