Situated in the Chiapas region, the cradle of cocoa, it extends to the border of Guatemala. Almost 2000 years before this era, the Mokayas, a fishermen's indigenous people, were fond of a drink made from cocoa pulp or seeds: the first “chocolate” in the world, called “kakawa”.
Notes of freshness, mild exotic fruits, honey, roasted almonds and hazelnuts, roasted and peppery fine cocoa, vanilla.
