Cacao Crudo Raw Organic "Siracusa Lemon PGI" Dark Chocolate Bar
A unique taste: fresh, sweet and citrusy chocolate. The first chocolate produced with certified "Siracusa Lemon PGI" zests, processed manually by separating the skin of the lemons, then dried for 36-40 hours at about 30 °C. Similarly to the orange zests, the lemon zest is perceived in a continuous alternation with the decisive aromatic notes of this chocolate bar. The result is a very joyful and fresh citrusy flavor, delicate and soft, which evolves gradually in your mouth leaving a persistent after-taste.
Ingredients: Not roasted cacao Criollo beans paste*, concentrated coconut flower sap*, dried “Siracusa Lemon PGI” zests* (3%) (cocoa solids: 77% minimum). May contain almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts. *Organic, Vegan.
Storage: keep in a dry and cool place, max 18°C (64°F). Taste at room temperature.
